Logistics Terms
Shipping Fee: Free shipping
Shipping Time: After successful order submission, we will arrange for goods to be prepared according to the order sequence. The shipping cycle is approximately 3 business days; shipping is not restricted by time of day, and delivery service is available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Delivery Time: After the order is shipped, the delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days.
Signing Instructions: Please provide a signatory address and contact phone number when placing your order. Please inspect the goods on the spot upon receipt, checking whether the outer packaging is intact, whether the quantity of goods matches the order details, and whether the shopping list is complete. Do not open the packaging for inspection before signing. If the outer box seal is damaged or torn, you have the right to refuse to sign.
If you are unable to sign for the package in person, you may authorize someone else to sign on your behalf, provided that the provisions in Article 2 above are strictly observed. The delivery courier is only responsible for delivering the goods to the address specified on the delivery slip. Anyone at that address (such as the receptionist) may sign for the package; delivery to the designated individual is not guaranteed.
For risk management reasons, orders cannot be modified after confirmation. Please fill in your address and phone number accurately when placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
From today onwards, orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete information will be held by the delivery company for 5 days. The company will notify you via email. Please reply to the email or contact customer service. If you do not receive a reply within 5 days, the company will arrange for the goods to be returned to the warehouse and a refund will be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
Return and Exchange Policy
